That was bad luck! It’s fair to say that electricity supply in rural Ireland is not renowned for it’s stability, so it can happen to anyone. Sadly, if there is any interruption during the three minutes it takes to upgrade the firmware on the UMR, the router will not work properly after restart.
Fortunately there is a recovery utility that can restore your Dovado back to full health. Contact either support@dovado.com or support@commsoft.ie for more information about the utility.
