Dovado are seeking Irish beta-testers for new UMR features

With the arrival of firmware v3.0 the Irish beta programme has now ended.

Dovado are inviting Irish users of their USB Mobile Broadband Router (UMR) to join their first overseas group of beta-testers.

To qualify, Dovado requires you to email beta@dovado.com with the following information.

  • Full Name:
  • Address (in case of any HW swapping):
  • Email address:
  • Phone number:
  • username on forums:
  • UMR Serial number (located on the bottom of the UMR: "0016A6xxxxxx").
  • Mobile broadband (3G) operator:
  • Consumer/Business subscription?:
  • USB modem (manufacturer + model):
  • Access Point Name (APN) you’re using:
  • Any other kind of fixed-line ISP? (ADSL, CaTV, Ethernet, fixed-wireless?).
  • Subscribed speed on the fixed-line ISP:
  • Computer specs:
  • Operating System(s):
  • Web browser(s) and version(s):

You will also need to register on http://www.mobile-broadband.eu/forum adopting the same username you use on boards.ie (if applicable). They promise not to disclose this information outside Dovado nor to use it for spam or whatever.
